Cynthia McGlohorn Borgkvist

Cynthia McGlohorn Borgkvist, 61, of Monticello, passed away suddenly Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Jasper Memorial Hospital. She was born in Columbia, SC to the late James and Agnes Latham McGlohorn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Danny McGlohorn. Cynthia was a very loving wife, mother and friend to all. She loved her animals. They were her heart and soul. Cindy enjoyed going to the mountains and visiting other states. But most of all, she just loved working and hanging out on the farm. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Chris Borgkvist; daughter, Mindy Amick; grandson Nicholas Speer; sister, Joann Smith; brother, Jim McGlohorn; along with several nieces and nephews.Read Obituary
