William "Billy" Earl Lowery

He was born in Atlanta, GA. To James Franklin and Barbara Jean (Phillips) Lowery, Sr.Billy was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. He was an avid GA Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons fan. He enjoyed going fishing, cooking out and going to family gatherings.Billy was preceded in death by his parents, James Franklin and Barbara Jean Lowery, Sr; brothers, John Vaughn and James “Jimbo” Franklin Lowery, Jr.He will forever be remembered by his wife, Wanda Lowery of Covington, son William Joshua “Josh” Lowery of Covington, brothers, Charles (Pam) Lowery of Conyers, Donnie (Carol) Vaughn of Conyers and Ronnie (Hataly) Jones of Covington, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.Funeral services for Billy will be held Saturday, January 20th, 2024, at 2 pm in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev.
