Wanda Elaine Skinner

Wanda Elaine Skinner, 62 of Conyers, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Rockdale Medical Center. She was born in Gainesville, GA. to the late Jim and Mary Jean Myers Yearwood. Wanda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed camping, fishing, sewing, gardening and travelling with her husband. Wanda loved her grand and great-grandbabies and will be greatly missed.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, David Yearwood and sister, Peggy Penland.She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Daniel Skinner; daughters, Coleen (Jamie) Manders and Niki Hightower; grandchildren, Casey (Whitney) Leavell, Cole Manders, Blake (Kassidy) Hall and Tyler (Erica) Hall; great-grandchildren, Madison, Paisleigh, Haleigha, Kinsley and Jayce; special friends, Janice Cook, Alvis Pickens and Janice Blackman; sister, Aletha Porter; brother, Bryan Yearwood; along with many nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with Rev. Everett Leavell and Pastor Eric Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Christian Church Cemetery, 1920 Bethel Rd., Conyers, 30012.
