Tonya Jean (Tarpley) Campbell Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Tonya Jean (Tarpley) Campbell, 49, of Madison, Ga passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, July, 29, 2022. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and a great friend to so many. Tonya loved going on walks. Spending time at the beach was her dream place to be, and for a time she and Larry lived in Gulf Shores, Ala and she absolutely loved it. She enjoyed just getting into the car and going on car rides with Larry. Tonya also loved working outside in her balcony flower garden. Tonya loved Larry and her family so very much. She was very protective of the people she loved and always wanted to help anyone that was having a hard time in life. Tonya was very tender-hearted. Her one true sadness in life was that she lost 4unborn babies. She tried so hard to have her own child, but she loved Larry’s children and grandchildren and loved spending time with them. Her memory will be cherished forever by her family and friends. Tonya was deeply loved and will be deeply missed by many. Tonya is survived by her husband, Larry Campbell, mother and stepfather, Sandra and Darwin Mitchell of Conyers; father and stepmother, Randy and Audrey Tarpley of Covington; stepchildren and their spouses, Paul (Leah) Campbell of Monticello, Kasey (R.J.) Brooks of Newborn, and Rory (Dana) Bowen of Newborn; step-grandchildren, Lincoln, Jasper, Campbell, Dillon, and Abbey; and siblings and their spouses, Adam Mitchell of Buford, Jessica (Shawn) Barber of Marietta, April Tarpley of Covington, Eric (Brandi) Tarpley of Mansfield, and Jeremy (Tiffany) Tarpley of Covington. Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 at 12pm in the Chapel of Wheeler Funeral and Cremation Service with Rev. Perry Kirk officiating. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281.
