Robert Timothy Wheeler

Robert Timothy Wheeler, 38, of Forsyth, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 in Thomasville, GA. He was born in Porterdale to the late Mike and Lisa Costley Wheeler. Robert was a loving husband, father, Paw Paw and friend to all who knew him. He was a selfless, hardworking man that was proud of his family. He enjoyed going to the beach and casinos. Robert always looked for a good time wherever he went. He loved playing with his grandchildren. He was well loved and will be greatly missed. Robert is survived by his loving wife Carolyn Wheeler; children, Josh Wheeler, Krista Mauldin, Kayla Sanders (Jay), Korey Mauldin, Kristian Mauldin, Paige Smitherman; 9 grandchildren; brother Michael Wheeler, sisters Holly Armendariz, Sara Wheeler; mother-in-law Brenda Johnson, numerous nieces, nephews and many other loving family members. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 20, 2020 from 5 pm – 8pm at Wheeler Funeral and Cremation Services, 11405 Brown Bridge Rd, Covington. Due to the current COVID-19 and coronavirus pandemic recommendations, those who are able to attend are encouraged to practice social distancing and will be required to wear a mask while in the building.
