Mary Elizabeth (Robertson) Cash

Mary Elizabeth (Robertson) Cash, 81, of Conyers, passed away peacefully at her home, Thursday, March 10, 2022. She was born in Rockdale County to the late Woodrow Wilson and Lillian (Kennedy) Robertson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, William Starr, and late husband, William Leon Cash, children, Debra Starr, Rebecca Starr, Leon Cash, Jr. and Darren Cash, her twin siblings Harold Wilson and Minnie Pearl Robertson.Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a good friend to many. She enjoyed watching westerns on TV, traveling to the Smoky Mountains and crossword puzzles. Mary was an avid history buff. Above all, Mary loved her family and in turn she was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.Her memory will be cherished by her daughters, Cindy Peters and Sharon Hardiman, grandsons, Michael Peters, Jr. and Kenneth Hardiman, Jr., along with many loving friends.Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 2pm in the Chapel of Wheeler Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev. Jimmy Hammond officiating. Interment will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park, 640 McGarity Rd, McDonough. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
