Jerry Wayne Smith

Jerry Wayne Smith, of Social Circle passed way Thursday, August 24, 2017 at WellStar Kennestone Regional Hospital. Jerry was born in Conyers, Ga. to Shirley Jones Smith and the late Ronald Lewis Smith. He was a loving father, brother, and son and a kind friend to everyone he meet, and he never meet a stranger. Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and Alabama Crimson Tide football. He loved cooking out on the grill and was very sociable with his family and friends. He had such a great sense of humor and always tried to get a smile out of you. He will be greatly missed.Jerry is survived by son Zachary Smith (Haley Boogher) and his daughter Kelsey Smith, his mother and step-father Shirley Smith and Bill Allen, brothers Donald Lewis (Deborah) Smith, Terry Wayne (Felicia) Smith, sister Tammy King (Terry Allen) and many nieces and nephews.
