E. P. Milligan, Jr., 86 of Monticello, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016 at The Retreat Nursing Home in Monticello. He was born in Monroe, Ga. to the late E. P., Sr. and Rivie McCullers Milligan. E.P. was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather.He was survived by his loving wife of 48 years Delores Milligan of Monticello, daughters and sons-in-law, Jackie and Ed Holcombe of Conyers, Tammie Milligan of Covington, and Melissa and Don Phillips of Monticello, sons and daughters-in-law Gary and Kay Milligan of Covington and Joseph and Audrey Milligan of Covington, grandchildren, Jeff, Greg, Shellie, Chad, Cory, Ashley, Joshua, Haleigh and Katelyn, 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granchild and several nieces and nephews.A private service will be held.
