Clifford Charles Herring aged 61, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2024. He was born in Conyers, Georgia to the late Sidney Herring and Kit Rowe. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters Melissa and Theresa.Cliff leaves behind to treasure his memories his wife of 35 years Tammy Herring, his daughters and sons in law, Jessica and Dustin Livingston, Rebekah and Ben Peiffer, grandchildren Ryan, Dean, Sidney, his stepdad Jack Rowe, brothers Jack Edward Rowe, Joe Rowe, sisters Lil Mucklow, Susan Allen, Lori Brennan, and many nieces, nephews, family, friends, and an abundance of “Garage Kids”.Cliff was a loving husband, father, and grandfather (AKA “Pop”) and a good friend to so many. He proudly served in the US Marines and was an example of how a husband and father was supposed to be, and it showed in his everyday walk of life. Cliff enjoyed fishing, cooking, watching TV, cutting grass, and tinkering in his garage on the many unfinished projects he had going on, and playing with his grandchildren. When asked, he always said that his three biggest accomplishments were his wife, his children, and the Marines. He was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.A Service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 1pm at Park Place Church 4576 Lenora Church Rd Snellville, Ga. 30039 with Pastor Sheldon Landy officiating.
