This obituary was lovingly prepared and placed by her family.Aundra Morris King (A Godly Woman) passed away on Saturday, March 16,2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 18th,1950. Aundra grew up in Conyers and was the daughter of Elbert Thomas Morris and Opal Nadine Kidd Morris. She had two sisters, Wanda, and Patricia. She attended church, where she faithfully served the Lord, as the daughter of a southern Baptist preacher at Rosebud Baptist Church.She married the love of her life Horace King; they lived 45 years in wedded bliss. Aundra was widowed in 2020. She had two children from a previous marriage, Sherry, and Brad. She had four stepchildren Barbara, Donna, Annette, and David. She had 9 grandchildren Courtney, Randall, Chris, Fallon, Kyle, Brandon, Daniel, Josh, and Levi.She lived her last years of life at her best friend Stacy's home with her husband Scott and their daughter Erica. They were family to her and came with two bonus grandchildren Bubby and MaKenna. She was a special woman to many and loved the Lord. She will be very missed, but we know she is finally home.A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11am at Philadelphia United Methodist Church Cemetery 2194 W. Hightower Trail Conyers, Ga. 30012 with Bill Shepherd and Scott Meeler officiating. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024, from 6pm-8pm at Wheeler Funeral and Cremation Services 11405 Brown Bridge RD Covington, GA.
