“On behalf of my family I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the wonderful, gracious and attentive staff of Wheeler funeral home for an unbelievable job they did from beginning to end of my nephew Paul Wint home going celebration. On the day that we walked into that funeral home we did not have an appointment we were to confused and exhausted from what we knew we had to do next. We were first greeted by the friendly receptionist who approached us with a smile, she asked if we were able to sit and wait for just a few minutes until Brad Bailey returned. We were happy to do that because it gave us the opportunity to sit still. When Brad arrived he took us into the conference room where he listened to us and was very professional, caring, sympathetic and concerned about our loss and what we were going through at the time. He made us feel comfortable and he respectfully helped us to may the right and responsible decisions that we desperately needed to make. Brad made phone calls for us to be able to connect with the funeral home in New York to have Paul's body transferred to Atlanta. We looked at caskets and the different rooms that they offer within the funeral home that were available for us to use. When we left that evening we felt very good about meeting Brad Bailey and we were sure that was the place where we wanted our love one to be. On the day that Paul arrived at the airport from New York Brad made sure that we received a call informing us that his staff had picked him up and he was in there care, from that moment on everything stated moving so smoothly. We also met Rhena Carter who was also professional and very helpful to our needs. Together they both made an awesome team and a really bad situation that we were going through at the time into a wonderful home going celebration with everything we could have wanted and so much more. We called Brad for everything and he always answered his phone with a wonderful attitude and went above and beyond his duties to help in some way or the other. To all of the staff of Wheeler Funeral Home we thank you all so very much for everything you did in making the funeral celebration a success. We would definitely recommend Wheeler funeral home to everyone.”

“Brad and staff were absolutely amazing, they made everything feel personal. They allowed our family to come in and spend as much time with our loved one as we needed. They were ready for us for any questions and concerns we might have. Brad made our loved ones obituary sound like it came straight from the heart. We've known him for 20+ years and he went above and beyond for us. Renee(not so sure she spells it like that) really went above and beyond during the burial service. She asked what our loved ones great grandchildrens most cherished memories where and that made them feel so special. From the Dube family to the wheeler staff thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

“The people at Wheelers funeral home are the kindest and most caring individuals that I have dealt with in this situation. Rhena was amazing, she helped me and my family with more than one service. I highly recommend this funeral home. I am planning mine and my husband's services with them as well.”

“Wheeler Funeral Home is by far the best place to choose for your loved ones who have passed. When my grandfather passed everyone there went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Brad Bailey and Rhena Carter went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed for the visitation and graveside. Brad kept us well informed and gave us all the time we needed in our final goodbyes with my grandfather including giving my grandmother extra time to say goodbye. Death is the worst thing to experience for a family but Brad made it a seamless process for us.”

“My Dad passed two weeks ago and the staff was wonderful and compassionate. My Mom passed last week and she had prepaid for her services at a funeral home in Conyers (the biggest one). Having done this two weeks earlier we quickly realized the inflated pricing and the poor level of service we were given at the other home. I'm now sorry I didn't do this sooner since Wheeler's was head and shoulders about the other place. We ultimately paid $2000 more for less services and a much less personal and compassionate experience. We will use Wheeler's from now on without a doubt!”

“Sept 2nd (day after our baby girl passed) I contacted the director from the hospital and he came at a good time and explained everything very thoroughly and respected our decision and handled our baby girl with such care. The cremation was the same day and we got her ashes that afternoon. I signed up for their daily grief emails which helps a lot too.”
